Strategic Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with our largest and fastest-growing clients to enhance workflows, system configurations, and recruiting strategies.

• Develop documentation and playbooks aimed at standardizing consulting engagements and processes.

• Strategize and manage the professional services lifecycle across multiple projects simultaneously.

• Provide advice, education, and facilitate customer transitions based on expert recommendations.

• Participate in change management and advocacy efforts.

• Perform account and workflow audits, delivering comprehensive recommendations.

• Travel to client and prospect locations, industry events, and Greenhouse offices.

• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as business demands evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Greenhouse.

• Experience in project management.

• Over 3 years of experience in advising on talent-related functions.

• Proven experience in developing internal programs and enhancing processes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• An assertive, strategic, and considerate approach.

• A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Capacity to adjust to a dynamic environment with competing priorities.

• Familiarity with using AI tools in daily operations.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the working time, including potential overnight stays and domestic travel.
