Strategic Alliances Principal

📋 Description

• Implement the field-level alliance strategy with selected strategic Remote Embedded Partners throughout the UK&I.

• Establish trust, generate demand, and transform ecosystem engagement into sourced and influenced pipeline for Global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and Contractor Management / Contractor of Record (CM/COR).

• Collaborate with Embedded Sales, Partner Marketing, Sales Enablement, Solutions Consulting, and various cross-functional stakeholders.

• Develop and sustain relationships with Partners’ field stakeholders.

• Conduct account mapping and coverage planning alongside Partners’ GTM teams.

• Integrate into Partners’ pipeline reviews, regional meetings, and enablement sessions.

• Generate opportunities from Partner field teams and associated SIs.

• Assist in co-sell execution, which includes qualification, stakeholder mapping, mutual action plans, and resource coordination.

• Provide reports on relationship coverage, sourced/influenced pipeline, conversion rates, and next steps.

• Enhance awareness through enablement, content distribution, and local advocacy efforts.

• Organize, sponsor, and participate in field and ecosystem events.

• Oversee event execution, including targeting, meeting scheduling, on-site engagement, and post-event conversion.

• Adhere to a disciplined weekly operating rhythm.

• Gather partner feedback and competitive insights.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of alliance playbooks and reusable assets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Strategic Alliance partners and their ecosystems, including field organization dynamics, partner motions, and decision-making processes.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to operate comfortably with senior field stakeholders.

• Proven history of sourcing and advancing pipeline in multi-stakeholder enterprise environments (alliances, partnerships, sales, or partner GTM roles).

• Highly organized individual with meticulous data/reporting practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel between 50% and 70% of the time.

• Demonstrates strong capabilities in automation and AI, along with fluency in AI concepts.
