This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Meet revenue, order intake, and margin goals for designated strategic clients.
• Establish enduring, strategic relationships with customers and consistently add value beyond the sales cycle.
• Formulate business plans and strategies to discover new opportunities for all GE HealthCare products and services.
• Oversee and enhance key accounts while recognizing their strategic goals and priorities.
• Regularly inform and engage with GE HealthCare Regional Managers, Zone Managers, and Product Segment Leaders.
• Cultivate and strengthen executive-level relationships through swift problem-solving and a consistent focus on customer needs.
• Advocate for service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Build and utilize internal connections within the EAM network and local sales teams.
• Create detailed proposals and pricing strategies for significant projects in collaboration with Commercial Operations and healthcare partner teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to commercial contracts in line with GE policies.
• Manage strategic accounts across Southern Germany, with a focus on Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.
• Report to the German Leadership Team and participate in the global EAM network.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, such as in business or a technical discipline, health informatics, medical engineering, electromechanics, or civil engineering.
• Significant experience in business management or sales and marketing of intricate medical technology products.
• Equivalent expertise and experience in the medical device and medical technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare high-tech and Health IT industries.
• Comprehension of healthcare policy and market strategies relevant to the target markets.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and sustaining C-level relationships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and the relevant customer landscape across hospitals and the broader healthcare industry.
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation capabilities (mandatory).
• Experience and a robust network in the strategic growth areas of cardiology and/or oncology are highly preferred.
• Experience working within matrix organizations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in resource management, employee motivation, and development support.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative approach, with logical thinking and structured execution of plans.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey ideas persuasively and effectively to clients.
