• Entrepreneurial spirit: Each creator is akin to an independent business, and the Account Manager must drive their growth.

• Strong eagerness to learn.

• Familiarity with Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ads is highly advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with influencers or creators on major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram and TikTok) would be a significant advantage.

• Experience in client-facing roles would be beneficial.
