• Proficiency in both English and German.

• Fundamental understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

• Availability for flexible working hours in response to urgent business needs.

• A positive and proactive mindset along with a problem-solving approach.

• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to help creators grow their independent businesses.

• Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.

• Familiarity with advertising on Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is preferred.

• Previous experience collaborating with influencers or creators on social media is preferred.

• Background in client-facing roles is preferred.
