This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Drive revenue growth for reagents and enhance customer retention across a specified portfolio of laboratory accounts within the ImmunoDiagnostics Division.
• Defend, retain, and expand business relationships within Reference Laboratories, Hospitals, and Integrated Health System Laboratories.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans that support Autoimmunity and Allergy diagnostic portfolios throughout the designated territory.
• Identify opportunities for growth and enhance laboratory utilization.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers through consultative selling and value-driven engagement.
• Lead periodic Customer Business Reviews alongside internal commercial partners.
• Assess performance metrics, identify opportunities, and align on strategic goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and Thermo Fisher commercial partners.
• Articulate clinical and operational value propositions within intricate healthcare settings.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a preference for Life Sciences or Business disciplines.
• Over 3 years of proven success in complex clinical diagnostics, laboratory diagnostics, or sales of lab-focused medical devices.
• Experience in supporting hospital laboratories, reference labs, or integrated health systems is essential.
• Demonstrated success in managing large health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), or reference laboratory accounts.
• Preferred experience navigating complex customer purchasing processes and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
• A proven history of achieving sales growth in diagnostics or medical device settings.
• Strong skills in strategic account management and consultative selling.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills and business planning capabilities.
• Understanding of the dynamics of the U.S. healthcare market, laboratory operations, and reimbursement landscape.
• Capability to synthesize complex information and convert it into customer-centric solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel independently throughout the region.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening is required.
