• Assist in engagement and implementation initiatives within the largest K–12 districts in the United States.
• Cultivate strong relationships with principals, instructional coaches, and teacher leaders in designated schools.
• Aid in school-level planning and ensure the successful deployment of Lexia solutions.
• Collaborate with district implementation teams to translate district priorities into actionable plans at the school level.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to usage, enabling schools to meet fidelity and impact objectives.
• Collect and disseminate success stories and case studies that showcase student outcomes.
• Discover expansion opportunities and secure new school clients in alignment with the district strategy.
• Highlight school-level requirements and purchasing signals that inform territory strategy.
• Monitor and report insights on competitive products utilized in schools.
• Keep precise records of school engagement and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Professional Learning teams to ensure cohesive school support.
• Engage in school-level meetings and events to demonstrate exemplary usage practices.
• Advocate for Lexia as a reliable partner in literacy enhancement.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Over 5 years of successful experience in education sales, school leadership, or instructional coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with principals, coaches, and educators.
• Experience with technology-driven curriculum products; a background in literacy/reading is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the Science of Reading and best practices in literacy.
• Familiarity with school budgets, purchasing procedures, and funding models (e.g., Title I, state funds, ESSER, etc.).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, particularly with school-based educators.
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays.
• Remote-first work environment.
