This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Create a business plan for the designated territory that aligns with Viatris’s sales objectives, strategies, and plans.
• Deliver high-quality sales presentations to all targeted clients.
• Meet quarterly sales targets within the territory while complying with ethical sales practices and necessary regulations.
• Grasp and exemplify targeting principles effectively.
• Formulate a pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Build positive and engaging relationships with colleagues, customers, and Company managers.
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
• Collect and use information from offices, pharmacists, and others to devise and implement specific strategies for prescribers in the territory.
• Utilize sample programs, literature, and other resources to enhance physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond promptly and reliably to all customer inquiries with information that meets their requests.
• Actively engage in continuous learning and professional development regarding efficient sales practices, communication, and product knowledge training.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree along with 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales.
• Proven business acumen.
• Demonstrated success in negotiation and influence skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member to achieve results.
• Self-motivated and a demonstrated self-starter.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory (which may include overnight stays).
• Must live within the designated territory.
• A valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record are required.
