Account Executive, SMB Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales target goals

• Acquire new accounts across various geographic regions

• Promote products, services, and solutions to secure new business

• Assess customer requirements utilizing solution-oriented selling techniques

• Customize customer recommendations for successful negotiations and deal closures

• Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking efforts

• Collaborate with the sales manager to enhance skills in prospecting and relationship management

• Engage in training sessions and participate in sales meetings

• Develop innovative sales strategies and proposals

• Oversee the sales funnel and produce reports on sales activities

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in new customer acquisition sales within a commissioned setting

• Ability to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Experience in customer service

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Proficient negotiation and closing abilities

• Preferred experience in preparing, presenting, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotes

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Legally permitted to work in the United States
