This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Oversee your own portfolio by engaging in prospecting and maintaining a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
• Lead the complete sales process mainly through inside sales: initiate introductory calls, evaluate business objectives through qualification, and finalize agreements.
• Gain expertise in Yelp’s comprehensive range of products, including Yelp Reservations, Waitlist, Connect, and Advertising, and comprehend the unique value proposition of each.
• Stay informed about other market solutions for restaurants that assist owners in expanding their businesses.
• Quickly adjust product recommendations to meet client requirements - the ability to ask insightful questions and manage objections will be essential for your success.
• Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree and/or have 3 or more years of outbound sales experience in selling SaaS solutions.
• Experience with restaurant technology (such as reservation systems, waitlist systems, and front-of-house management tools) is advantageous.
• Exhibit strong communication skills – no hesitation in making phone calls.
• Demonstrate general computer and email proficiency; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a strong competitive drive.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced setting.
• Have a strong desire for learning! You are eager to convert training and feedback into actionable steps for continuous self-improvement.
