STEM Expert, Spanish – AI Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Train and assess AI agents on realistic professional STEM assignments.

• Develop workspaces and organize files.

• Compose prompts.

• Design grading rubrics based on genuine STEM projects in Spain.

• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a scientist or engineer in either research or industry.

• Native or fluent in Spanish.

• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.

• Proficient in quantitative analysis, technical documentation, and data-intensive problem-solving.

• A Master's or PhD is a plus.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
