• Become a part of TDS Global Solutions' Forward Deployed Engineering & Applied AI Talent Network for current and upcoming roles.

• Analyze intricate business challenges, design solutions, create production-grade software, and engage directly with clients.

• Serve as a liaison between engineering, product, AI, and customer delivery teams.

• Convert insights gained from customer interactions into enhancements across Product and Engineering.

• The Executive Recruiting Team evaluates candidates' experience, technical expertise, and career aspirations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in software engineering and the development of production-level applications.

• Customer-oriented technical implementations, integrations, or deployments.

• Experience in building and deploying AI, Generative AI, LLM, agentic AI, conversational AI, or Voice AI solutions.

• Proficiency in full-stack development using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Java, or Go.

• Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, distributed systems, data infrastructure, or real-time applications.

• Capability to transform customer needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Experience collaborating across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Strong technical acumen, communication abilities, and customer engagement skills.

• Background in venture-backed startups, high-growth technology firms, AI organizations, or complex enterprise software environments is highly regarded.
