📋 Description

• Refine raw photography for e-commerce product catalogs

• Conduct color correction and adjust exposure levels

• Eliminate unwanted objects, isolate backgrounds, and clean product surfaces

• Design promotional visuals, including badges, discount callouts, bundle overlays, and various banner designs

• Utilize generative AI to produce background variations and lifestyle mockups for product photography

• Enhance images and extend image borders

• Format, crop, and export optimized assets for Shopify/Amazon catalogs, Meta advertisements, Google Display, and marketplace listings

• Uphold brand visual standards, ensuring color accuracy, consistent lighting, and realistic shadows across a large volume of images

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience collaborating with e-commerce brands, DTC agencies, or online marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, etc.)

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, with advanced skills in masking, frequency separation, Camera Raw processing, pen tool isolation, non-destructive editing, smart objects, and action automation

• Proficient in Adobe Lightroom for batch processing, unified color grading, and catalog management

• Strong technical skills in lighting direction, shadows, edge reflections, and realistic perspective alignment

• Knowledge of visual elements that enhance conversion rates in sales graphics, including clear typography hierarchy, contrasting offer badges, and clean focal points

• Capability to manage high-volume processing without sacrificing edge precision or color accuracy

• A demonstrated portfolio featuring “Before vs. After” raw photo edits, promotional imagery, and AI-assisted image compositions

• Familiarity with generative AI tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Photoshop Generative Fill/Generative Expand, CreatorKit, Pebblely, Photoroom, or Flair AI

• Skills in Canva/Figma are a plus
