This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy and roadmap for the consumer-focused patient experience across Wheel's white-labeled platforms.
• Determine the elements that should be standardized among partners versus those that should be tailored for individual partners, and develop supporting frameworks.
• Convert enterprise partner needs into a cohesive product strategy.
• Advocate for design as a key differentiator in creating reliable AI- and human-powered patient experiences.
• Outline the patient journey from the initial contact to clinical interactions and follow-up care.
• Identify areas of friction, drop-off points, and trust deficits.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and partner-facing teams to devise solutions across clinician networks and integrations.
• Establish product specifications, success indicators, and evaluation criteria for AI-driven functionalities such as intake, triage assistance, and personalization.
• Collaborate on model/product trade-offs and post-launch iterations using real usage data.
• Deconstruct ambiguous cross-functional challenges and foster alignment from concept through to launch and subsequent iterations.
• Represent the Product team in discussions with Account Management and enterprise partners.
• Articulate vision, trade-offs, and progress to executives, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide other product managers.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management.
• Proven history of managing consumer-facing products at a senior or lead level (Staff, Principal, or equivalent scope).
• Direct experience in developing consumer products, preferably including B2B2C or white-label models.
• Experience in designing products that involve multiple stakeholders, technical layers, or partner integrations.
• Practical experience in delivering AI-powered products and features, including trade-offs, evaluation methods, and iteration processes.
• Experience in balancing the requirements of enterprise partners with the needs of end-users, particularly in the healthcare sector or other highly regulated fields.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and engaging hands-on with design, data, or requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to set long-term direction and make weekly product decisions.
• Strong consumer product intuition combined with operational and technical judgment.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise or channel partners.
• Technical knowledge across APIs, webhooks, headless architectures, MCP, emerging protocols, and platform product design.
• Ability to synthesize input from clinical, engineering, data, and partner sources.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• High level of ownership and independence.
