Staff Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Map and document intricate collector and admin workflows from start to finish.

• Collaborate with customers, operations, and onboarding teams to discover comprehensive business requirements.

• Identify edge cases, regulatory considerations, and data dependencies.

• Convert business needs into precise technical product specifications for engineering.

• Work alongside engineers to design robust data models.

• Ensure data integrity across third-party integrations.

• Lead the roadmap planning for third-party integrations, including skip tracing, letter vendors, payment portals, and ERP systems.

• Define requirements for API-based integrations, error handling, and synchronization frequency.

• Promote consistency across integration frameworks and reusable components.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineers, ensuring clarity in requirements and tradeoff decisions.

• Collaborate on and prototype workflow user interfaces.

• Oversee feature lifecycles from ideation through launch and iteration.

• Compose detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and data flow documentation.

• Partner with engineers to validate data flows and integration edge cases.

• Work closely with the founding team as the inaugural product hire to develop an automation platform.

• Technical intuition for product design.

• Understanding of the interplay between databases, APIs, and frontends.

• Ability to discern what is straightforward, challenging, and valuable in software development.

• Capability to understand relational data models, schemas, and entity relationships.

• Proven success in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
