This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Offer technical leadership and support to fellow team members, particularly less experienced engineers.
• Work collaboratively with backend developers, designers, and product managers to enhance customer experiences.
• Engage in and facilitate code reviews to uphold quality, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Recognize opportunities for refactoring and optimization to boost maintainability and scalability.
• Take full ownership and deliver frontend components of small to medium-sized features independently.
• Create technical specification documents and collaborate on delivery strategies.
• Guide junior colleagues in implementation, design review, and software engineering and Agile methodologies.
• Partner with product managers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Assume complete responsibility for roadmap projects, overseeing technical planning, implementation, testing, and final delivery.
• Identify technical initiatives, including reducing technical debt, developing new systems, managing dependencies, or enhancing performance.
• Over 7 years of experience in planning, developing, and launching web applications utilizing frontend technologies (such as Angular or another major framework, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS).
• Extensive knowledge of TypeScript.
• Proficiency in agentic coding workflows (Claude Code/Codex/Cursor).
• Strong communication and project management capabilities gained from collaborating across various teams and functional areas.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Angular, RxJS, and/or comparable web technologies.
• Preferred: Background as a full stack engineer.
• Preferred: Experience with Node.js or Scala.
• Preferred: Experience navigating a large codebase.
• Preferred: Experience in building and/or maintaining an internal UI library.
• Preferred: A business, product, and user-centric mindset.
