This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Become a part of Rulaβs Provider Growth, Acquisition & Supply Management team.
β’ Ensure that Rula has the appropriate providers to satisfy patient demand.
β’ Influence the way providers discover Rula, onboard, and establish sustainable and adaptable practices on the platform.
β’ Enhance provider supply in critical areas and minimize friction in the delivery of care by providers.
β’ Define the direction for provider growth and activation by bringing clarity to uncertainty.
β’ Develop robust systems and deliver software that positively affects provider experience.
β’ Identify challenges, act swiftly, and assist in creating the right product solutions.
β’ Create and sustain scalable production web applications.
β’ Lead projects across various teams and shape technical strategy.
β’ Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
β’ Over 8 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, focusing on building scalable distributed systems.
β’ Strong full-stack engineering expertise with modern front-end frameworks, back-end APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.
β’ Proven experience in leading initiatives across multiple teams and influencing technical strategy without direct authority.
β’ Practical experience with AI-assisted software development tools, such as Claude Code, integrated into regular engineering workflows.
β’ A strong passion for nurturing a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring of junior engineers.
β’ Excellent communication skills to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders around a common vision.
β’ Experience in developing AI-driven engineering workflows, tools, or automation is preferred.
β’ Experience managing projects from inception to completion is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Node.js, React, Typescript, Kafka, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
β’ Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is preferred.
β’ Must reside in the United States; Hawaii is not included.
β’ Must currently be eligible to work in the United States.
