This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain insights into customers’ primary challenges.

• Significant hands-on experience in software development, architecture, deployment, and production operations.
• Strong background in designing and implementing scalable and reliable software solutions using modern backend languages such as C#, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Comprehensive understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in React.
• Experience in building and utilizing REST APIs.
• Proven history of writing thorough unit tests and test suites.
• Strong grasp of software security principles and OWASP guidelines.
• Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time.
• Experience writing efficient stored procedures and functions.
• Background in developing Cloud-Native applications and services.
• Familiarity with LLM concepts and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex; experimentation with or development of basic RAG-based applications.
• Eagerness to learn and apply standards like the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Interest in the use of autonomous-agent tools and state management.
• Basic understanding of vector databases like Pinecone or Milvus.
• Experience in building AI-native features, including automated LLM-based evaluations within CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience with Azure or AWS services such as IAM, S3/Blob, and compute instances.
• Basic experience with Terraform.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Basic experience with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to effectively operate in an agile environment, engaging in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Proven record of collaboration across autonomous teams.
• Capability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with C#, Python (if applicable), Docker, modern RDBMS, MongoDB, ASP.NET RESTful API design, event-driven design, React, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS cloud services, agent development frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI, Agentic RAG, MCP, and vector databases.
• Nice-to-have or a willingness to quickly learn Helm/ArgoCD, Terraform, GitHub Actions, GraphQL, Azure, and Kafka.
