📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement digital solutions and systems.

• Architect and code software applications.

• Conduct system testing and debugging activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

• Contribute to the technical direction and innovation of digital engineering initiatives.

• Participate in discussions regarding solution design and architecture.

• Provide insights on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability.

• Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members.

• Advocate for the adoption of best practices, new technologies, and tools.

• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities, including code reviews, tech talks, and workshops.

• Implement complex features and enhance existing functionalities.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• 7-10 years of professional experience.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Proven skills in execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting projects.

• Proficient in business intelligence.

• Experience with cloud systems such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is preferred.

• Familiarity with building systems that utilize GenAI capabilities is a plus.

• A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field is preferred.
