Staff Software Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications.

• Design and implement rich, interactive dashboards and user interfaces that provide complex data insights.

• Create and develop secure, scalable REST and GraphQL APIs along with integration layers.

• Link applications with various data objects, enterprise databases, and third-party platforms.

• Incorporate AI/ML technologies, including large language models, generative AI, and predictive analytics, into essential products.

• Develop intelligent features that automate workflows and facilitate advanced data synthesis.

• Construct and refine MFT automations featuring complex orchestration, intelligent error handling, proactive monitoring, and self-service options.

• Promote continuous delivery and cloud-native methodologies through CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Set standards for monitoring, logging, and performance profiling.

• Act as the escalation point for intricate full-stack production issues and lead root-cause analysis efforts.

• Mentor frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers.

• Establish coding standards and reusable design patterns.

• Collaborate with product leadership to refine the backlog and define the technical roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience, emphasizing full-stack development, system architecture, and scalable applications.

• Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

• Experience with complex state management and data visualization libraries like D3.js, Recharts, or Highcharts.

• In-depth knowledge of server-side languages and frameworks including Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Go.

• Capability to design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Strong experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

• Familiarity with ORMs and integrating complex, high-volume data feeds.

• Practical experience in integrating AI models and APIs, such as OpenAI and Anthropic, into software products.

• Understanding of AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain and vector databases.

• Expert-level proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong competency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills for conveying architectural decisions to technical teams and business stakeholders.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
