Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Grafana Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, create, test, and deploy AI-driven full-stack features for extensive datasets.

• Develop high-performance user interfaces that assist users in discovering, organizing, and enhancing data access.

• Prototype, test, validate, deploy, and refine LLM- and agent-enhanced workflows for the data engineering lifecycle.

• Integrate agentic components with internal tools like Slack and alert systems.

• Collaborate with internal data teams for hands-on usage testing.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance product functionality and development processes.

• Take ownership of AI solutions to ensure they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.

• Collaborate across the autonomous Grafana Analytics team and other internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in developing production-quality, user-facing software systems.

• Knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks.

• Experience with LLMs, context engineering, and GenAI-driven applications.

• Proven ability to deliver software utilized by users in a live environment.

• Familiarity with cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience using observability tools to analyze and troubleshoot system behavior.

• A history of creating user-facing experiences that balance functionality and user satisfaction.

• Capability to prototype, gather feedback, and iterate swiftly.

• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to define project scope.

• Experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows is a plus but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with data platforms such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, or DataBricks is a plus but not mandatory.

• Experience in developing tools for data engineering is a plus but not mandatory.
