Staff Software Developer, Front End Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality features that prioritize outstanding user experience and performance.

• Develop and present technical designs, incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders.

• Plan, design, and implement automated testing to ensure system reliability.

• Generate prototypes and engage in design explorations to clarify requirements and address technical ambiguities.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and UX designers.

• Drive innovation through Generative AI and emerging technologies.

• Build full-stack application features utilizing TypeScript, React, and C# for users visualizing their supply chains.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in software development, including work on one or more enterprise-grade software applications.

• Proven experience leading the development of multiple high-complexity features.

• Strong commitment to product quality and the creation of highly maintainable software.

• Solid grasp of design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.

• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.

• Familiarity with data modeling and semantics.

• Highly skilled in adopting and implementing new tools to enhance productivity, including AI technologies.

• Experience with at least one front-end framework or library (React, Vue, Angular, etc.; React is preferred).

• Proven track record in developing reliable, efficient, and scalable APIs.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engage audiences effectively.
