Staff Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric care via telehealth for various conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations that include mental health history, medical history, diagnostic assessments, and risk analysis.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate medication management and brief psychotherapy when suitable.

• Offer compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.

• Utilize evidence-based clinical protocols along with responsible prescribing practices.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical colleagues through consultations and case reviews.

• Effectively use technology and operational systems to provide dependable telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted state-issued license to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.

• Proficient clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable delivering care remotely and utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Dedicated to providing patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

• Holds an active, unrestricted APRN license or another state-issued PMHNP practice authorization.

• Active DEA individual practitioner registration must be addressed in the required application questions.
