Staff Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric care via telehealth for various conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations that include mental health history, medical background, diagnostic assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that integrate medication management and brief psychotherapy when suitable.

• Offer compassionate, respectful, and patient-focused care.

• Apply evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical colleagues through consultations and case reviews.

• Utilize technology and operational systems efficiently to provide dependable telehealth services.

• Possess an active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.

• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management abilities.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be comfortable delivering care remotely and utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Show a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

• Hold an active DEA individual practitioner registration as required by the application process.

• Availability for full-time or part-time work.

• Capability to provide telehealth services within the United States.
