Staff Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric care via telehealth for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations that include mental health history, medical background, diagnostic assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate medication management and brief psychotherapy as deemed suitable.

• Offer compassionate, respectful, and patient-focused care.

• Utilize evidence-based clinical guidelines and responsible prescribing methods.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical colleagues through consultations and case discussions.

• Effectively employ technology and operational systems to provide consistent telehealth services.

• Valid, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfort in providing care remotely and proficiency with electronic health record systems.

• Dedication to patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

• Active, unrestricted APRN license or equivalent state-issued PMHNP practice authorization.

• Active DEA individual practitioner registration must be addressed in the application form.
