Staff Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric care via telehealth for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, including mental health history, medical history, diagnostic assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate medication management and brief psychotherapy when suitable.

• Offer compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.

• Utilize evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical colleagues through consultations and case reviews.

• Effectively leverage technology and operational systems to provide dependable telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.

• Active, non-temporary PMHNP practice authority without any individual restrictions or disciplinary conditions.

• Valid DEA individual practitioner registration, as applicable to the application inquiries.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnostics, and medication management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfort in providing care remotely and proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
