Staff Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and implement best practices for Project Managers within the Integrations team.

• Assist the Director of Integrations with process enhancements, change management, and broader company initiatives.

• Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to Project Managers.

• Participate in technical and business integrations with clients, either directly or through other Project Managers.

• Supervise project collections, foresee issues and dependencies, and escalate project risks as needed.

• Build client relationships, lead client meetings, address complex requirements, and manage escalations effectively.

• Aid in prioritization, goal setting, and managing client expectations.

• Keep project documentation up-to-date and encourage knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with the Product team by providing feature suggestions and client scenarios.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of line management experience.

• Experience in project management within a technical or integrations setting, with a background in complex products or solutions.

• Proven history of process improvement and the ability to drive change within and across teams.

• Outstanding communication skills, both internally and with clients.

• Capability to confidently lead and direct others, including handling difficult conversations when necessary.

• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

• Practical problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Solid commercial awareness.

• Must successfully complete pre-employment checks, including unspent criminal convictions, employment verification, and right to work verification.
