VIP Travel Consultant – Evenings and Overnights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients, both individuals and groups, across the US.

• Conduct analysis and research on travel options while proactively anticipating the needs of travelers to promote additional services.

• Organize and book domestic and international business travel encompassing air, road, rail, and accommodations.

• Utilize Sabre, Apollo, or Amadeus Global Distribution Systems effectively.

• Ensure adherence to customer travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory standards.

• Employ positive telephone service techniques and respond to special customer requests.

• Safeguard against fraudulent after-hours callers attempting to book trips by implementing security protocols.

• Work collaboratively with the team to coach, mentor, and offer constructive feedback aimed at enhancing service levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong commitment to excellence in client service, with an emphasis on proactive needs anticipation.

• Proficient in using Sabre, Apollo, or Amadeus as a native GDS.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate travel.

• Familiarity with fares, ticketing, car, hotel, air, and rail services for both domestic and international travel.

• Outstanding professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• High level of integrity and ability to safeguard personal traveler information.

• Capability to resolve customer issues quickly, either independently or in collaboration with suppliers.

• Team-oriented with a willingness to accept and provide feedback.
