📋 Description

• Develop the product strategy and vision for significant client projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business results.

• Manage the product roadmap comprehensively, focusing on business value, technical limitations, and project timelines.

• Facilitate intricate discovery processes and problem identification with senior client stakeholders.

• Establish product success metrics and leverage data to assess results and promote ongoing enhancements.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration among engineering, design, delivery, and strategic teams.

• Utilize AI tools like Claude for product discovery, research consolidation, and documentation purposes.

• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with client executives.

• Articulate strategy, trade-offs, and recommendations effectively at the executive level.

• Conduct stakeholder working sessions, workshops, and decision-making forums.

• Set standards and practices for product delivery.

• Mentor both senior and mid-level product managers.

• Serve as a technical escalation point for intricate product, scope, and prioritization issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, complemented by a robust consultative background.

• Proven capability to define product strategy and vision for complex digital projects.

• Extensive experience leading discovery, roadmapping, and delivery in multi-stakeholder settings.

• Exceptional executive communication and client advisory expertise.

• History of promoting cross-functional alignment and influencing without direct authority.

• Proficient in defining and monitoring product success metrics.

• High levels of accountability, ownership, and commitment to follow-through.

• Skilled in using product tools for discovery, roadmapping, and delivery (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, Miro).

• Significant hands-on experience with AI tools to accelerate product discovery, research synthesis, and documentation (e.g., Claude).

• Background in consulting or professional services, or familiarity with AI/ML product development or data platforms, is advantageous.
