Staff Product Manager – Email AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the vision and implementation of generative and autonomous marketing intelligence for HighLevel’s Email Marketing platform.

• Develop and implement prompt-to-email creation, AI-driven copy generation, brand-aware messaging, and localization of content in multiple languages.

• Design and deploy Sequence AI features for automated multi-step lifecycle journeys.

• Direct predictive recommendations, optimize send times, score subject lines, and personalize dynamic content fields.

• Set up responsible AI guidelines to ensure brand voice consistency, maintain content quality, suppress hallucinations, and comply with global privacy standards.

• Create a 12–18 month Email AI product roadmap that aligns with the overall company strategy.

• Collaborate with AI, Engineering, Product Design, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams.

• Develop an 18-month strategic roadmap and establish foundational performance metrics.

• Introduce Email AI and Sequence AI to General Availability.

• Provide production-ready autonomous lifecycle journeys and streamline campaign creation timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience in SaaS environments.

• Specialized expertise in developing AI/ML products, integrating LLMs, crafting generative AI interfaces, or managing prompt engineering workflows.

• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing automation workflows and the email campaign lifecycle.

• Experience with applications related to generative text, images, and layouts.

• Proven success in designing user experiences that are intuitive and have high adoption rates within AI-native contexts.

• A data-driven mindset.

• Experience in defining instrumentation, writing outcome-oriented PRDs, conducting user research, and monitoring engagement metrics.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• A history of facilitating cross-functional alignment among Engineering, Design, AI, and GTM teams.
