This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead and articulate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery through to launch and subsequent iterations.
• Collaborate intensively with software engineers, designers, data analysts, customer experience, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products punctually.
• Evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to inform decision-making processes.
• Implement AI solutions where they can enhance your product area, guiding these initiatives from conception through to execution.
• Advocate for the voice and experiences of the customers.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on their business impact and customer value.
• Mentor and inspire the product team by sharing best practices and elevating the team's capabilities.
• Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to secure alignment and support for product initiatives.
• Discover new product opportunities and remain ahead of emerging technologies.
• Operate in an environment characterized by moderate noise levels, including computers, phones, and printers.
• Perform tasks that involve standing, sitting, talking, hearing, using a computer keyboard and telephone, and light to moderate lifting.
• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• A minimum of 2 years in a senior, staff, lead, or principal-level capacity.
• Demonstrated success in launching effective products in both B2B and B2C contexts.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.
• Strong grasp of technical concepts and agile development methodologies.
• Capable of mentoring, leading teams, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Project Management Tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp), Spreadsheets (Google Sheets, MS Excel), Design Tools (Figma, etc.), and other product management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Capability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.
• Regular, predictable attendance is a requirement.
