Staff Product Manager – Authentication and B2B Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop authentication, authorization, tenants, and SSO as a product, establishing clear objectives and metrics.

• Drive the security and ISO certification roadmap.

• Manage onboarding processes and monitor their associated metrics.

• Coordinate priorities with other product sectors, such as Background Check and B2C.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients: set expectations, clarify how SSO, tenants, and permissions function across our offerings, and assist in implementation alongside the client's IT team.

• Lead the technical team to ensure that deliverables meet the standards expected by enterprise clients.

• Contribute to the integrated B2B platform.

• Employ AI in daily operations to analyze, make informed decisions, and prototype, taking a proactive approach when needed.

• Significant experience as a Product Manager for B2B products, with a strong ability to handle lengthy sales cycles.

• A technical background, with the capability to swiftly comprehend new and intricate contexts.

• Proficiency in articulating technical subjects to various audiences, ranging from customer IT teams to business stakeholders.

• Experience in structuring platform or foundational technical products.

• Hands-on experience with AI in daily tasks, possessing a builder mindset.

• Independence in managing complex issues from start to finish with minimal ongoing alignment.
