Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for a specific product area from start to finish, which includes conducting customer and market analysis, defining outcomes and metrics, guiding development direction, and measuring results.

• Acquire extensive knowledge in the challenges related to product security assurance.

• Leverage AI automation to keep product decision data up-to-date.

• Manage product messaging aimed at customers and the broader market.

• Assist the go-to-market team by providing product information for new and enhanced capabilities.

• Collaborate with the services team to achieve favorable customer outcomes.

• Contribute to the creation of new product and service offerings, including pioneering the industry's first agentic product security assurance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management.

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B enterprise software, specifically in cybersecurity or a related field.

• Proficient in working with complex technical products.

• Domain expertise in security-related products where security, compliance, or risk management is central to the value proposition.

• Excellent skills in market intelligence, research, and synthesis.

• Capable of transforming customer discussions, competitive movements, usage data, and regulatory changes into actionable product strategies.

• Familiarity with AI, including integrating AI capabilities into products.

• Experience utilizing AI to automate product tasks with consistent feedback mechanisms.

• Strong proficiency in written communication.

• Understanding of the relationship between product decisions and revenue generation.

• Must reside in the United States or Canada.
