This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +19 more states.
• Create comprehensive systems that enhance customer value, including onboarding, product and content discovery, training course assignments, cross-product expansion, and AI agents that manage significant tasks and programs.
• Establish interaction models for platform-level systems, focusing beyond UI elements or “additional modals” to encompass content metadata, training assignment logic, document and policy management, recertification automation, and cross-product orchestration.
• Convert intricate platform architecture into straightforward, intuitive, and reliable user experiences.
• Take ownership of simplifying EasyLlama's key UX challenges, such as integrating features into a seamless, multi-product user experience.
• Develop AI-driven systems, including recommendation engines, intelligent automation, and AI agents that are user-friendly, trustworthy, and efficient.
• Integrate AI workflows and actionable guidance within the product in ways that users comprehend and trust.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Legal experts to innovate while adhering to compliance requirements for AI experiences.
• Approach AI as a fundamental component of the systems you design, rather than merely a feature.
• Utilize AI tools in your workflow, such as prototyping with modern AI tools (Lovable, v0, Figma Make, etc.) to quickly create clickable MVPs, transforming rough prototypes into development-ready specifications.
• Serve as a Design Leader across platform initiatives, influencing decisions beyond your immediate responsibilities.
• Work closely with Senior Management, Product Management, Engineering, and Data Analytics Leads.
• Contribute new design patterns to the EasyLlama Design System as needed for platform-scale complexity, collaborating with the Design System owner to consistently extend capabilities across multi-product experiences.
• Facilitate workshops with Senior Management and Leaders (CxOs, VPs, PMs) to propose, frame, and design UX experiments and hypotheses.
• Define test variants and success criteria; rapidly prototype and iterate based on results.
• Design for measurable impact—prioritizing objective results over subjective preferences—while balancing the speed of iteration with design system consistency.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to monitor and enhance core metrics, such as course assignment rates, activation, retention, and expansion signals.
• At least 7 years of product design experience in multi-product, B2B SaaS platforms is a strict requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to define, articulate, and achieve measurable product outcomes, including adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Extensive experience in workshopping and collaborating with senior stakeholders (CxOs, VPs, PMs, UXR, Engineering Leads, etc.) on platform-level issues.
• Proven experience in designing AI-powered product experiences and utilizing AI tools such as Lovable, Figma Make, etc.
• Strong systems thinking skills: experience in designing across complex, multi-surface products rather than focusing on a single product.
• Eagerness to collaborate with User Research (UXR) to incorporate customer insights into your design process for validating and mitigating product hypotheses.
• Capability to simplify intricate technical workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences.
• Proficiency in designing experiments with Product Managers and interpreting results, using data (product usage, user research, etc.) to guide design decisions.
