This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Oversee the daily operations of a team consisting of Pharmacists and technicians.
• Assess productivity and performance metrics.
• Organize and guide workflow and project assignments.
• Supervise production volume to guarantee adherence to service standards.
• Plan schedules and monitor staff and daily operations.
• Cultivate employee skills, assess performance, and offer constructive feedback.
• Manage the resolution of employee relations matters.
• Conduct recruitment, training, and staff evaluations.
• Monitor employee compliance with quality, service, and production benchmarks.
• Keep track of prescription turnaround times and phone services.
• Aid in overseeing costs and cost-to-fill objectives.
• Address operational, system, customer service, quality, and professional challenges.
• Participate in production activities as necessary.
• Execute programs and process enhancements.
• Analyze pharmacy operations and efficiencies in collaboration with the Senior Pharmacy Manager.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex issues.
• Represent pharmacy operations in cross-departmental meetings and initiatives.
• Complete special projects and other assigned duties.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, RPh, or Pharm D.
• Must be licensed and registered in the state of employment.
• Current pharmacy licensure must be in good standing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy environment.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Proficient in general PC usage, including Microsoft Office, the Internet, and email.
• Strong understanding of current pharmacy regulations.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Experience in training and mentoring less experienced personnel.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Capacity to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and make independent decisions.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule during peak times.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed.
• Must reside in and hold licensure in Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, or Tennessee.
