Pharmacy Technician Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure ongoing support for PipelineRx clients

• Assist pharmacists by overseeing the order flow

• Supervise client coverage and aid pharmacists with the order processing

• Manage and triage high-volume client calls

• Provide basic technical assistance and collaborate with IT for more complex issues

• Reach out to healthcare professionals to collect necessary clinical or demographic information

• Maintain workflow during system downtimes

• Help arrange emergency shift coverage

• Submit nightly shift reports

• Work shifts every other Saturday and Sunday from 6 AM to 5 PM EST

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred

• National pharmacy technician certification

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an institutional pharmacy technician

• At least 1 year of experience as a retail pharmacy technician

• Excellent communication, customer service, and IT troubleshooting abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications

• Availability to work overnight and/or weekend shifts

• Reliable internet connection via a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider

• Internet speeds of at least 10 Mbps for downloads and 5 Mbps for uploads
