⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), and data architecture.

• Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• Preferred: Over 10 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, web technologies, distributed HPC and ML systems, cloud computing, and data architecture.

• More than 10 years of professional experience coding in widely used languages such as Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.

• At least 8 years of experience with databases and database management systems.

• Over 10 years of professional experience throughout the entire system development lifecycle.

• At least 8 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.

• More than 10 years of experience with networking protocols and integration with third-party distributed systems.

• At least 5 years of experience mentoring senior engineers and fostering professional development within technical teams.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading cross-domain architectural reviews and establishing coding and design standards.

• Expertise in the strategic application of agentic AI coding tools.

• Proven experience utilizing AI-driven tools, frameworks, or modern software development practices.

• Background in fintech, particularly in payment processing, merchant services, or digital payment architectures.

• Experience in building and delivering enterprise software iteratively, enterprise-scale data migrations, and platform transformations.

• Proficient in architecting, testing, and operating real-time distributed data systems and high-volume pipelines.

• Strong ownership mentality and capability to navigate ambiguity.

• Ability to serve as a strategic thought partner and effective challenger across Product, Design, Risk, and Enterprise Tech leadership.
