Staff Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, construct, and sustain high-performance white-labeled micro-frontends.

• Utilize Angular, TypeScript, and contemporary web standards to create consumer health platforms.

• Enhance the performance, accessibility, and micro-interactions of consumer-facing applications.

• Prioritize and implement significant product and business opportunities.

• Establish best practices for frontend state management, component reusability, and build pipelines.

• Lead frontend architecture as a top individual contributor.

• Report directly to Engineering Leadership.

• Create seamless access points that assist millions in managing their health and care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in frontend software engineering.

• Profound expertise in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.

• Expert knowledge in Angular, or an equivalent high level of mastery in modern React/Vue.

• Demonstrated ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies.

• Practical experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining micro-frontend architectures and white-label design systems at scale.

• Strong comprehension of UI design details, rendering performance, web vitals, and engaging user interactions.

• Proven track record as a high-impact individual contributor capable of transforming ambiguous requirements into polished production code efficiently.

• Ability to clearly communicate complex architectural decisions and technical trade-offs to engineering colleagues and business stakeholders.
