Staff Engineer – QA Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks.

• Create, construct, and sustain scalable automated testing frameworks for Infor M3 CloudSuite across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Distribution modules.

• Design and execute automated test scripts for end-to-end business processes, regression tests, and API, EDI, and third-party application integrations.

• Utilize Infor Coleman/Test Automation framework, Tosca, Selenium, or automation suites based on Python/Java.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects until they are resolved.

• Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.

• Integrate automated test suites into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Assist with agile release cycles and regular cloud updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance.

• At least 2 years of experience focused on Infor M3 CloudSuite implementations or similar cloud-based applications.

• Strong expertise in test automation tools.

• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#.

• Experience in API testing with REST/SOAP protocols.

• Practical experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication capabilities.

• Previous experience with Infor Cloudsuite or similar cloud-based ERP systems is preferred.
