Staff Engineer – INFOR M3 Functional Consultant, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Set up and provide support for Infor M3 non-financial modules, which include Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.

• Evaluate business needs and convert them into functional solutions and system configurations.

• Assist in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and activities leading up to the go-live.

• Work together with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes.

• Deliver user training sessions.

• Create process documentation, user manuals, and materials for knowledge transfer.

• Engage in implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Conduct business process analysis, provide user support, resolve issues, and configure solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in functional consulting for Infor M3.

• In-depth expertise in the Infor M3 Supply Chain module.

• Strong understanding of the processes in Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.

• Proficient in Infor M3 configuration, troubleshooting, and mapping business processes.

• Solid knowledge of ION workflows, integrations, APIs, and reporting.

• Experience with UAT, training end-users, and managing stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred: Experience with Infor CloudSuite/M3 Cloud.

• Preferred: Familiarity with data migration, EDI, and implementation projects.

• Preferred: Infor M3 functional certifications in Procurement, Warehousing, or Supply Chain.
