Recruiter II – Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional recruiting services to the Ryder organization in a cost-efficient manner.

• Identify, attract, interview, and recommend candidates for entry to mid-level, high-volume roles as well as managerial, technical, and professional positions.

• Source, screen, interview, and refer candidates to hiring managers.

• Build effective partnerships with placement agencies and external recruiters.

• Maintain strong working relationships with HR and business partners to ensure service levels are met.

• Address staffing issues of moderate complexity, analyzing various factors.

• Ensure compliance with all legal standards in recruiting practices.

• Advocate for Ryder as an employer of choice.

• Determine the most effective methods for recruiting.

• Contribute to organizational projects and objectives.

• Evaluate staffing requirements of business units and take necessary actions to meet service levels.

• Carry out additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a related area is essential.

• A solid business perspective.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Flexibility and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in multi-tasking, highly organized, and possess strong time management skills.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up practices.

• Must adhere to legal requirements surrounding recruiting.
