Staff Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Enhance the precision of the AI scribe and potentially refine its capabilities.

• Create internal models to forecast trends.

• Assist in determining the actions users ought to take.

• Contribute to and enhance the data warehouse infrastructure that supports AI functionalities.

• Develop innovative AI features within a practice management system to boost the effectiveness of medical professionals.

• Provide mentorship and support to fellow engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a rapidly expanding global SaaS organization (preferred).

• Capability to contribute to and enhance the data warehouse infrastructure for AI features and functionalities.

• Proven experience in creating innovative AI features within a practice management system for medical professionals.

• Background in mentoring and supporting other engineers.
