This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and enhance production-grade AI agentic systems for both web and chat-based interactions utilizing grounded, structured data.
• Create and structure agent workflows that incorporate reasoning, tool usage, retrieval, guardrails, escalation routes, and performance tracking.
• Assess Deep Agent, Claude Agent, OpenAI Agent, LangGraph, and other up-and-coming agent orchestration frameworks tailored for marketing applications.
• Construct and sustain LLM evaluation systems, including LLM-as-judge workflows, regression assessments, guardrail testing, quality metrics, and analysis of production behavior.
• Identify agent performance challenges across prompts, tool choices, retrieval accuracy, latency, costs, task fulfillment, and failure modes.
• Design and execute RAG and embedding-based functionalities for enterprise knowledge access and automation processes.
• Develop scalable Python services and platform components deployed within AWS cloud environments.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to translate emerging agentic AI capabilities into dependable platform features.
• Set up engineering best practices to ensure the continuous enhancement of agentic systems.
• Keep abreast of developments in LLMs, agent architectures, AI coding tools, evaluation techniques, retrieval systems, and enterprise automation.
• Contribute to building Netomi’s foundational agentic factory platform for customer-specific agents and marketing-focused enterprise automation.
• Provide reliable, scalable, and measurable agentic systems for enterprise clients and business users.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
• 5-7+ years of expertise in AI/ML engineering, applied machine learning, natural language processing, and/or AI systems development.
• 3-5 years of experience utilizing AI, data science, and machine learning within the marketing sector.
• Familiarity with data from Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Adobe Real-time CDP, Adobe Target, and/or Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics for data science modeling and performance evaluation.
• Proficient Python engineering skills and experience in developing scalable production software systems.
• Practical experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong comprehension of RAG, embeddings, retrieval quality, and knowledge-grounded generation.
• Experience in deploying or managing systems in AWS cloud environments.
• Regular use of AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools as part of the software development process.
• Solid engineering judgment, capability to work autonomously, and comfort in functioning as a senior individual contributor on ambiguous technical challenges.
