• Oversee a caseload and provide timely, effective therapy services in home, school, and community environments.
• Utilize clinical observations and standardized assessments to define therapy objectives and implement interventions that enhance quality of life.
• Collaborate with allied health professionals to offer comprehensive care.
• Offer mentorship and clinical supervision to junior clinicians when necessary.
• Ensure that all services comply with current NDIS requirements and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology.
• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the disability sector.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to work independently within the community.
• Valid Australian Driver’s License.
