This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Provide captivating and high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual setting, fostering the same rapport and momentum as an in-person therapist.
• Assess students' speech and language abilities and translate the results into clear, actionable objectives.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans customized to each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
• Record sessions and monitor progress towards IEP goals with the thoroughness required by districts.
• Collaborate with school-based personnel, including teachers, case managers, and administrators, to ensure alignment on student progress.
• A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• A valid professional license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board.
• Must maintain good standing with no disciplinary actions on any held licenses.
• Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery within a school/IEP environment.
• A reliable, FERPA-compliant technological setup, including a webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private/distraction-free workspace.
• Ability to collaborate remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
• This position is a 1099 contract role and does not come with employee benefits.
• The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and placement.
