Speech Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assess, create, and manage personalized speech and language treatment plans.

• Perform evaluations and reassessments related to speech, language, and communication.

• Design, oversee, and revise individualized treatment strategies.

• Deliver direct therapy aimed at achieving goals in speech, language, and social communication.

• Work together with and educate parents/caregivers to aid in achieving treatment objectives.

• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and clinical personnel to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care.

• Maintain precise documentation and ensure timely reporting within the electronic health record system.

• Engage in team meetings, mentorship programs, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Report directly to the Clinical Director.

• Offer high-quality, data-informed therapy that enhances communication, social language, and functional abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.

• Valid state SLP licensure.

• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (preferred).

• Knowledge of ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment settings (preferred).

• Experience in providing coaching for parents and education for caregivers (preferred).

• Availability for full-time or part-time work.

• Open availability from Monday to Friday.
