Specialty Products Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct and assess state abuse and neglect registry searches.

• Execute and evaluate healthcare sanctions searches while completing monthly monitoring.

• Perform credential verifications and accurately document findings.

• Handle social media screening requests and analyze results.

• Review, organize, upload, and manage necessary documentation.

• Ensure that screening results and accompanying documentation comply with federal, state, regulatory, and client-specific standards.

• Track assigned tasks and follow up on any outstanding information.

• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential issues and escalate them accordingly.

• Keep precise notes, documentation, and status updates.

• Address internal and external inquiries regarding specialty screening services.

• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues effectively.

• Assist the Client Experience team with client inquiries and service concerns.

• Record client interactions in the CRM system.

• Review tasks ready for evaluation in the Document Management System.

• Verify submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

• Maintain records and complete tasks within set timelines.

• Adhere to specialty screening procedures and requirements.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and report recurring issues to leadership.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Client Experience, and other internal teams.

• Stay informed through company and industry-specific training.

• Cultivate proficiency across assigned Specialty Products and act as a resource for routine inquiries.

• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, basic reporting, answering phones, and filing.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a client/customer service position.

• Outstanding customer service skills when interacting with internal team members, clients, and vendors.

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient with software and adaptable to new technologies.

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and detail-oriented in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Quick to understand and absorb procedures.

• Highest level of professionalism.

• Strong focus on innovation and efficiency.
