This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Promote Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs within a designated geographic area.

• Engage with healthcare professionals, office staff, and key decision-makers through in-person interactions.

• Advocate for assigned client products, optimizing sales potential while achieving or surpassing set goals and objectives.

• Maintain an extensive knowledge base regarding products, clientele, and territory.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare providers.

• Inform healthcare providers about product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved uses.

• Support the appropriate utilization of products by patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited institution, preferably with a focus in business, life sciences, or a clinical discipline.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales, OR outside/field B2B sales experience, OR prior experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with established relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned area.

• A proven track record of measurable sales achievements is preferred.

• Ability to plan, analyze, and act on sales data within the designated geography.

• Strong and persuasive communication skills with physicians and providers.

• Capability to work autonomously while exercising sound business judgment and discretion.

• Ability to assess and capitalize on opportunities within the territory.

• Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30%, within a 2-hour radius of the headquarters city; some overnight travel may be necessary.
