This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive the acquisition of new business, competitive displacement, market penetration, and revenue enhancement within healthcare organizations.
• Formulate and implement strategies for territory growth in genetics, women's health, oncology diagnostics, hereditary cancer, and precision medicine products.
• Meet revenue, market share, new account, and growth objectives for the territory.
• Oversee opportunities, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance utilizing Salesforce CRM.
• Build relationships with physician leaders, stakeholders in health systems, and executive decision-makers.
• Lead consultative sales efforts aimed at improving operational efficiency and optimizing testing strategies.
• Create enterprise growth plans within health systems, healthcare networks, and academic medical centers.
• Influence testing pathways and strategies for adoption in complex healthcare organizations.
• Represent Labcorp's range of solutions including reproductive genetics, women's health, rare disease, oncology diagnostics, hereditary cancer, molecular diagnostics, genomic profiling, liquid biopsy, ctDNA, MRD, biomarker, NGS-based testing, pathology, hematopathology, cytogenetics, and virtual pathology.
• Convert clinical, genomic, and scientific evidence into recommendations focused on business outcomes.
• Coordinate resources from sales, international accounts, pathology, medical affairs, market access, operations, and executive leadership.
• Keep track of competitive activities, market trends, and new testing opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with sales, customer support, compliance, legal, logistics, and contracts teams.
• Participate in local and regional professional trade shows and events.
• Communicate value propositions to targeted customers and prospects.
• Conduct in-services, training sessions, and implementation support with personnel and physician staff.
• Maintain customer account data in Salesforce and provide ongoing support and education regarding products.
• Identify, develop, and achieve individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Visit physicians in person within the assigned territory.
• Travel frequently, approximately 40%, including international travel and overnight stays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical outside sales.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of international sales experience in Genetics, Women's Health, Oncology, or Rare Disease is preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing a book of business, including meeting quotas, revenue growth, or acquiring new accounts.
• Demonstrated recent sales achievements and successes.
• Valid passport and driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel internationally, including overnight trips, approximately 40% of the time.
• Experience in international markets, logistics, and regulatory matters.
• Experience in managing complex healthcare sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of oncology care pathways, biomarker-driven testing, precision medicine, companion diagnostics, NCCN-guided testing strategies, and EHR/EMR connectivity.
• Effective relationship-building skills with oncologists, pathologists, leaders of cancer centers, genetics programs, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Proficient in consultative selling, influence, and relationship-building.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM for opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.
