This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the Patient Engagement Enablement Team and report to the Lead of Specialty Care Patient Solutions Strategy and Enablement
• Collaborate with Patient Engagement leadership to convert strategy and priorities into actionable guidance for the Enablement Team
• Build a high-performing organization through strategic talent planning, career development, performance management, recruitment, evaluations, compensation, and diversity initiatives
• Ensure that field teams are equipped with the necessary tools, content, training, and technology to effectively engage patients, caregivers, and essential stakeholders
• Assist in developing communication strategies and managing change for major initiatives and organizational transformations
• Supervise the strategy and execution of GTM Excellence, MLR/RC cycles, targeting and territory models, as well as program governance
• Align GTM Excellence strategies and tactics with the lifecycle stages of each program
• Ensure timely launch of go-to-market deliverables and tactics while addressing any timeline risks
• Manage digital solutions such as Polaris, Pharmlogic dashboards, and tools for both field and patient use
• Direct the Enablement Team’s involvement in AI strategy and prioritize the AI roadmap
• Guarantee that digital and AI capabilities are launched on schedule and are consistently refined based on field feedback
• Advocate for a data and analytics discipline, coaching the team to produce and utilize data-driven insights
• Ensure that KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports are defined and consistently updated across Patient Engagement programs
• Review analyses and insights prior to their contribution to strategic decisions
• Provide reporting and actionable insights to Patient Engagement and Patient Solutions leadership
• Lead cross-functional initiatives alongside brand/marketing, Patient Solutions Enablement, IIS, Digital, GCET, and other collaborators
• Enhance collaborative efforts across Patient Solutions and CFC teams
• Focus on continuous improvement projects, processes, and resource allocation
• Maintain training roadmaps with GCET to ensure that field and program teams are prepared as capabilities are introduced
• Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, covering Patient Engagement, enablement/operations, patient or consumer marketing, and field enablement
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership, with a history of managing a high-performing organization
• Proven success in leading enablement functions that enhance capabilities driving field and program execution
• Experience in developing launch plans and facilitating successful product and/or team launches from inception to execution
• Background in leading within matrix organizations, including the ability to lead without direct authority
• Capability to manage both direct and indirect reports
• Strong proficiency in data, analytics, and reporting
• Experience in shaping or deploying AI-enabled tools or digital capabilities in a commercial or patient engagement setting
• Ability to influence critical stakeholders both internally and externally
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational project management skills
• Proven project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting leaders in communication strategy and change management for large-scale initiatives
• Strong executive presence and presentation abilities
• Experience in communicating with senior leadership and cross-functional audiences
• Sound judgment and a commitment to high ethical standards
• Familiarity with headquarters operations, with demonstrated experience working across various cross-functional HQ departments, teams, and business units (preferred)
• Experience leading distributed, cross-disciplinary teams towards a unified strategic goal (preferred)
• Experience in shaping strategy for specialty care patient engagement (preferred)
• Advanced degree (preferred)
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
